These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any service discussions or business engagement with Webtech Software Solution. By accessing this website or requesting our services, you agree to follow these terms.

Services

Webtech Software Solution provides professional services including website development, mobile app development, ecommerce development, digital marketing, SEO, branding support and related IT solutions.

• Final project scope, timeline, deliverables and pricing will be confirmed through written quotation, proposal, invoice or mutual communication.
• Additional features, revisions or third-party integrations may require extra time and additional charges.
• Client cooperation, timely feedback and required content/materials are necessary for smooth project delivery.

Payments and Project Work

• Payment terms will be shared before project confirmation and may include advance, milestone or final payments.
• Work may begin only after required confirmation, payment and project materials are received.
• Delays in payment, content, approvals or third-party access may affect project timelines.
• Domain, hosting, plugin, theme, stock media, advertisement budget or third-party tool charges are separate unless clearly included in the quotation.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, content, images, brand assets and access details where required.
• Ensure that supplied text, images, logos and documents do not infringe third-party rights.
• Review deliverables and share feedback within a reasonable time.
• Maintain backups, account credentials and renewals for domain, hosting and third-party services where applicable.

Intellectual Property

After full payment, agreed final deliverables created specifically for the client may be handed over as per project scope. Webtech Software Solution may retain rights to pre-existing tools, code libraries, frameworks, design methods and internal processes used to complete the work.

Unless requested otherwise in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, marketing material or case studies.

Limitations

We aim to provide reliable and professional service, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, search rankings, advertising performance, sales volume or uninterrupted third-party service availability.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting downtime, plugin conflicts, external APIs, payment gateways, account restrictions, malware introduced after handover or unauthorized access caused by weak credentials.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when required for business, legal or operational reasons. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
